Who we are?

Our company was founded by a group of experienced HR professionals who were frustrated with the time and resources that were being wasted on traditional recruiting and hiring methods. We recognized that employee referrals were often the best source of candidates, but that many organizations struggled to effectively manage and track referred candidates. We decided to build a referral hiring SaaS platform that would make it easy for organizations to leverage the power of employee referrals, and provide them with the tools and resources they needed to evaluate and manage referred candidates. Our platform includes features such as referral tracking, candidate evaluation, and rewards for successful referrals, and is designed to help organizations save time and resources on recruiting, and end up with a workforce that is more qualified and engaged. Since launching our platform, we have helped many organizations improve their hiring processes and build better teams, and we are committed to continuing to innovate and improve our platform to meet the evolving needs of our customers.
